Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
At Sweet Pumpkin Designs VA, every item is made to order with great care. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted on custom, personalized, or made-to-order items once production has begun.
Defective or Damaged Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sweetpumpkindesigns1@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will issue a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may request the original item be returned before processing.
Returns on Non-Personalized Items
Eligible non-personalized items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:

Unworn

Unwashed

Unused

In original condition
A 20% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund to cover packaging, handling, and inventory processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
